  Investig’Action is a citizen’s resource, founded by Michel Collon in 2004. Bringing together journalists, writers, filmmakers, translators, graphic artists and many other persons working to provide a source of independent information.

  Because information is too important to be controlled by the 1 %! We do not have to accept that the media is dominated by business interests who monopolize information on wars, economy, injustices and North-South relations. In France, 9 billionaires own 90% of the press. 80% of all publicity is generated by just 20 multinationals.

  Supporting Investig’Action is supporting the fight for reliable information. With its articles, videos and books, Investig’Action has been active for 15 years giving a voice to the voiceless. Investig’Action is and will always be totally independent. Our team of young journalists is financed exclusively by your donations and your purchases of our books. No advertising, no subsidies. Only you!

• Which method of payment suits you best ? expand_more expand_less

  You have several choices:

  For a monthly donation:

  European bank transfer (SEPA) / Direct Debit: if you are resident in Europe, it is the easiest for you and the quickest.

  1. Fill in your full bank account IBAN (starting with GB or DE, IT etc.) and specify the amount you wish to give each month.

  2. We submit your IBAN to our bank.

  3. Our bank receives your donation each month from your bank.

  4. You can stop or modify the amount at any time. Just send us an email: dons@investigaction.net

  Transfer via Paypal (available in 202 countries, here is the list) : if you have a paypal account (connected to your credit card or bank card)), you just enter in your paypal account the monthly amount and our address dons@investigaction.net

  Transfer via Stripe : just as with paypal

  Transfer via Paypal (available in 202 countries, here is the list) : if you have a paypal account (connected to your credit card or bank card), you just enter in your paypal account the amount of your one-off donation and our address dons@investigaction.net to open a paypal account, click here. Paypal takes a small commission percentage. You can always stop or modify the amount by going directly on your paypal account.

  Hipay : this system groups together different methods of payment ((VISA, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, Maestro, CB, etc.). BE CAREFUL : Hipay does NOT allow monthly donation, only one-offs.

  Western Union : If you are resident outside of Europe, you can send a one-off donation to Michel Collon, Belgique (Agence Western Union à Rue Des Combattants 135 La Hulpe, 1310 - Belgium). Then you must send us an email with your complete name, the amount of your invoice and the tracking number (MTCN) at this address : dons@investigaction.net

• Will I get a receipt ? expand_more expand_less

  Yes, you will receive an immediate receipt to your email address with all the details of your payment.

• May I deduct from my taxes ? expand_more expand_less

  This depends on your country. In France, for example, you will receive a certificate that you can attach to your tax declaration and this may give you a right to deduction of 66%. In this case, if you donate for example 15 euros, you will get 10 euros back. But the situation is different in each country.
